Hello! I am 31/2 weeks old and my mom and dad are finally letting me on the computer to write an update. I want to tell you about everything in my life so far... First, I will start with the day I was born. I came into the world on July 3, 2006 at 3:15 pm. I weighed a whopping 8 lbs. 9 ozs. and was 22 inches long. (I lost a little of that length because some of it was my conehead. I am perfectly okay with shrinking, that being the reason.) Dr. Christine Rapp delivered me with some help from midwife Jana. Dr. Rapp had to use a vacuum to help me come out (I was a little crooked) Daddy says it was a Dyson! (I'm sure glad they didn't think to change my name to that.) We stayed in the hospital until July 5 and then mommy and daddy took me home. Coby and Cubby (my very hairy sisters) and Grammy Yost were waiting for me when I got there! I really like it here, there are a lot of new things for me to see and do each day and my sisters keep me on my toes. They are really nice to me and Coby keeps an eye on me and lets mommy and daddy know when they need to pick me up.
The other thing I want to tell you about is all my awesome visitors. I have had so many people come to see me, bring me presents and bring my mom and dad some great food. (They say THANK YOU!!!!) So many people have hugged and kissed me in the last couple weeks and I feel so happy and loved. I seem to sleep a lot when people visit, not because they are boring but because I am very comfortable with them around me. I promise I will be more alert when I see you next. I am also supposed to tell my cousin Michelle that my Aunt Kim came and saw me and spoiled me and she was wondering when you are coming. (I'm not sure what that is all about, but she said that you would understand.) Well, I'm going to get going, I am getting hungry. I'll write soon!
